While the Consumer Code requires a minimum 14-day return period, IKONIKMARKET extends this period to 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package. We want you to have plenty of time to evaluate your new tech purchase.

3. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be returned in substantial condition:

  • Product Integrity: The item must be returned in the condition in which it was received, complete with all its parts (original box, cables, manuals, accessories).

  • Software and Accounts: For smartphones, tablets, and PCs, it is mandatory to remove any personal accounts (iCloud, Google, passwords) before returning them.

  • Use of the Goods: Manipulation of the goods necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning is permitted (exactly as would be done in a physical store). Excessive use that reduces their value will result in a reduction in the refund.

5. Effects of Withdrawal and Refund

Once the product has been received at our warehouse and passed the technical conformity check :

  • Full Refund: We will refund all payments made, including the original delivery costs.

  • Timing: The refund will be processed within 14 days of acceptance of the return.

  • Refund method: The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction (or bank transfer for cash on delivery). If paying in cryptocurrencies , the refund will be calculated based on the euro value at the time of the original transaction.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for:
