  • Who it's for: The 24-month warranty is for private customers only. For purchases with a VAT number (professional use), the warranty is 12 months as required by law.

3. How to request warranty intervention

4. What is not covered by the Warranty

For transparency, we remind you that the warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Use of non-original or non-compliant accessories.

  • Software tampering (e.g. rooting or jailbreaking) or unauthorized opening of the product.
