  • Each device bears the CE marking , confirming compliance with applicable directives.

  • Our supply chain is verified to exclude products not intended for the European market or lacking the necessary certifications.

2. WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Information

IKONIKMARKET promotes sustainability and proper technological disposal. In compliance with Legislative Decree 49/2014:

  • Responsible Disposal: Electrical and electronic equipment must not be disposed of as unsorted municipal waste.

  • One-for-One Collection: When purchasing a new equivalent appliance, customers can request information on disposing of their old device at authorized collection centers.

  • Our goal is to reduce the environmental impact of tech waste by encouraging the recycling of valuable components.

3. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

In accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013, we inform consumers residing in the European Union that the European Commission has established an online platform for alternative dispute resolution.

  • This platform can be used to resolve out-of-court any dispute relating to contracts for the sale of goods and services concluded online.

4. Compliance with the Consumer Code

All transactions made on IKONIKMARKET are governed by consumer protection laws, including:

  • The 24-month legal guarantee for defects of conformity.

  • The Right of Withdrawal has been extended to 30 days (compared to the 14 required by law).

  • Complete transparency on prices, which are always inclusive of taxes and free of additional customs charges.

5. Privacy Protection and GDPR

Despite being based outside the EU, IKONIKMARKET applies personal data protection standards equivalent to the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) . Our customers' data is processed exclusively for purposes related to orders, shipping, and, with prior consent, marketing communications.
