Welcome to IKONIKMARKET . Access to and use of this website, as well as the purchase of products, presupposes that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. Object of the Online Contract

These Terms govern the sale of electronic products (new and refurbished) on the ikonikmarket.com website. The contract is deemed concluded when IKONIKMARKET receives the customer's order and confirms acceptance via email.

2. Prices and Availability

  • All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include VAT .

  • Shipping is free throughout Italy .

  • Although we are based in the UK, we guarantee that no additional customs duties will be applied upon delivery thanks to our integrated logistics.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Postepay).

  • Cryptocurrencies tracked through certified gateways.

  • Pay in installments with Klarna and PayPal .

  • Cash on delivery (Payment in cash on delivery).

4. Shipping and Logistics

Orders are processed within 1 business day . Estimated transit time is 2-6 business days . Shipments depart from our warehouses in Italy (Martina Franca) or from our central warehouse in London, depending on stock availability, with no change in price for the customer.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with IKONIKMARKET's excellence policies, we offer an extended right of withdrawal of 30 days from receipt of the product.

  • The return is free .

  • Refunds are subject to a successful technical inspection of the product. In the event of a non-compliant or damaged product, a €10.00 handling fee will be applied.

6. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All products sold to private consumers are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee for defects of conformity. For refurbished products, the guarantee covers hardware defects repaired by our partner laboratories. Requests must be submitted via the [Warranty Request] page.

7. Limitation of Liability

Contea Ltd is not responsible for indirect damages, data loss or malfunctions resulting from improper use of the purchased products or from unauthorized technical interventions carried out by the customer.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Although Contea Ltd is a company incorporated under British law, contracts concluded with consumers residing in Italy are subject to Italian consumer protection legislation (Consumer Code). For any dispute, the competent court will be the consumer's place of residence or domicile.
